Step 1 — Creative Process
Once you’re in contact with a merchandiser, the creative process begins. Your merchandiser will work closely with our in-house graphic design team to create custom artboards. We will just need vector art and a sense of direction (as much or as little as you’d like) and within 3-5 days we will have artboards for you to review.
Step 2 — Sampling
As soon as you’ve reviewed and approved artboards, your merchandiser will arrange custom samples. We have diverse sourcing capabilities and a large fabric library to suit all of your custom headwear needs. The sampling process typically takes 3-4 weeks.
Step 3 — Production
Upon sample approval and order placement, we can move straight into production. Production typically takes 4-6 weeks. Once production is complete and product ships, transit lead-times range from 1-8 weeks depending on the country of origin and preferred shipment method.
Step 4 — Delivery
Our experienced logistics team and network of freight forwarders will ensure smooth transit until your order has delivered to its final destination.
